Refund policy
At Deux Vincente, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns, subject to the terms below.
Return Policy
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Make sure you have a video proof in case of damaged/missing items.
- If pickup attempts fails twice, you will need to courier the product to us at your own expense.
- Refunds are initiated only after the product reaches us and passes a quality check (typically 8–10 working days).
- Free returns/exchanges are only applicable in case of missing or damaged items. For size related exchanges, the return and re-shipping charges(if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.
Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 8–10 working days after verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit, redeemable on future purchases.
- In case of items purchased via Partial Cash On Delivery and returned due to non-acceptance / non-availability of the customer, the partial payment will be counted towards return handling charges and will be non refundable.
General Guidelines
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products must not have any odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage.
- Clearance and heavily discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds in cases where the return is requested due to a change of mind, personal taste, or dissatisfaction without any manufacturing defect or damage.
Deux Vincente reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product fails to meet the above conditions.
