At Deux Vincente, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns, subject to the terms below.


Return Policy

1. Prepaid Orders

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 3 days/72 Hrs of delivery.
  • Make sure you have a video proof in case of damaged/missing items.
  • If pickup attempts fail twice, you will need to courier the product to us at your own expense.
  • Refunds are initiated only after the product reaches us and passes a quality check (typically 8–10 working days).
  • Free returns/exchanges are only applicable in case of missing or damaged items.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or personal liking, the customer is required to bear the reverse pickup charges.
    A ₹149 reverse pickup fee will be applicable for arranging the pickup of the product.
  • For size-related exchanges, a ₹249 reverse pickup and re-shipping fee will be charged to the customer. This fee covers the cost of arranging the reverse pickup of the original product and re-shipping the replacement item.
  • For size-related exchanges, the return and re-shipping charges (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.

2. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 3 days/72 Hrs of delivery.
  • Make sure you have a video proof in case of damaged/missing items.
  • If pickup attempts fail twice, you will need to courier the product to us at your own expense.
  • Refunds for COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds or refunds to a bank account.
  • For all COD orders, the refund amount will be issued exclusively as a Store Credit Voucher after the product reaches us and successfully passes the quality check (typically 8–10 working days).This Store Credit Voucher policy is strictly applicable to all COD orders and all customers, without exception.
  • Free returns/exchanges are only applicable in case of missing or damaged items.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or personal liking, the customer is required to bear the reverse pickup charges.
    A ₹149 reverse pickup fee will be applicable for arranging the pickup of the product.
  • For size-related exchanges, a ₹249 reverse pickup and re-shipping fee will be charged to the customer. This fee covers the cost of arranging the reverse pickup of the original product and re-shipping the replacement item.
  • In case of items purchased via Partial Cash On Delivery and returned due to non-acceptance / non-availability of the customer, the partial payment will be counted towards return handling charges and will be non refundable.

General Guidelines

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Return requests raised after the specified return window will not be accepted.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
  • Products with removed, damaged, or missing tags/labels may be rejected.
  • Products returned with stains, marks, odour, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of use may not be accepted.
  • Products that are damaged after delivery due to customer handling are not eligible for refund.
  • Returns of a different product, colour, or size from the approved return request may be rejected.
  • Customized, altered, or modified products are generally non-returnable.
  • Products purchased under final sale, clearance, or non-returnable offers are not eligible for return/refund.
  • A return may be rejected if the product fails our quality inspection upon reaching our warehouse.
  • If the customer fails to hand over the package during the permitted pickup attempts, the customer may be required to ship the product back at their own expense.
  • Change of mind, personal preference, or size-related returns/exchanges may be accepted subject to the applicable return/exchange charges.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes the quality check.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect product received, the issue will be reviewed separately and applicable charges may be waived.

Deux Vincente reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product fails to meet the above conditions.
