How can I pay for my order?

How do I confirm my order status?
To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the icon to the right of the cart (located on the top right corner) and click on the sign-in button to enter your details.
•Click on Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history).
•After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS.
•In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
•If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, Please reach our help center and provide the required details to raise a ticket then we’ll help sort things out.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping aggregation service. Additionally, you can visit the track order page and manually track your order using the order id.
Can I cancel or amend my order?

I wish to add a few more products to my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

What are the delivery charges?
All online orders from DeuxVincente.com are eligible for free shipping Pan-India.
When can I expect my delivery?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 5-10 working days to get delivered.

I wont be home to accept my order. What should I do?
We would advise having your order delivered to an address with someone there to accept it. If there is no one at the address to accept the order, our couriers will re-attempt the delivery 2 more times until the order is Returned to Origin (RTO). To avoid an RTO, please make sure to inform us about the same on contact@deuxvincente.in so that we can hold our shipment until you are available at the location.
Why is my order not shipped after it is confirmed?
Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfil all orders that are confirmed.
Why is my order not delivered after the mentioned date?
Due to logistic issues out of our control, there might be an occurrence of delayed delivery on the expected date. Feel free to contact us and we will solve this at the earliest
What are the care instruction for the apparels?

I have received a faulty/damaged product. What do I do?
Kindly drop in an email to contact@deuxvincente.in with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the defects. Once confirmed, our team will shoot an email back to you mentioning that your product will be recalled to the warehouse and will ship a fresh piece back to you.
My order has an incorrect/missing item. What do I do?

Can I return the product for a refund?
Yes, you can return a product. Once we receive the product and do the required quality checks, we can initiate a refund for your amount paid.
What is the refund policy for orders placed during a sale?
If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
What should I do if my payment fails?
•In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
•Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
•If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days.
•For any further clarification, Please reach our help center and provide the required details to raise a ticket then we’ll help sort things out.
Do you take bulk orders/customize products?
